		<description>You know, I just learned by doing and if I didn&#039;t know how to do something a recipe called for (like &quot;blanching&quot;), I&#039;d go online and look it up.  Cooking classes might help to get you to be one of those people who can just throw things together - I have to follow recipes, unfortunately.  But maybe try what I&#039;m doing!  Come up with a weekly menu on Sunday and print it out and stick with it!  Use your cookbooks, food blogs, recipe sharing sites, foodnetwork.com, etc.  But whatever you try, personally, I would start out easy and work your way up in difficulty so you don&#039;t just end up hating cooking!  And if you want, come over one night and we&#039;ll cook together!</description>
